Attorney Bio Waldine H. Olson
Mr. Olson is listed in Martindale Hubbell as an AV-rated lawyer. He has been involved with the Nebraska Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) since it was chartered in 1978 and later served a second term as Chapter president. He has been a member of the American Arbitration Association Panel of Commercial Arbitrators since 1987, and has served a six-year term on the Nebraska District Two Disciplinary Committee on Inquiry, as well as a court-appointed referee to hear evidence and provide recommendations in attorney disciplinary proceedings.
