Attorney Bio Jacqueline F. Tabke
Prior to her legal career, Jacque worked at a real estate firm which specialized in the sale of bank-owned properties for some of the largest lenders in the United States. In total, she has approximately 10 years of experience in the real estate field.
While in Law School, Jacque participated in the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic, where she assisted startup businesses form companies, negotiate contracts, and file for trademark protection with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Jacque also clerked with in-house counsel at a large non-profit corporation, focusing primarily on issues pertaining to taxation, estate planning, and charitable giving. In addition, she spent time interning at Legal Aid of Nebraska, working in the Access to Justice Center to help pro se litigants draft and file pleadings and related forms, as well as understand the local court system.
Jacque has practiced in a variety of legal areas, including insurance defense and the defense of other civil litigation matters in both Nebraska and Iowa. She has also successfully represented litigants in the mediation of disputed cases. Moreover, she has experience in business law, estate planning, and real property law. Jacque also has experience providing corporate immigrant and non-immigrant services such as U.S. work authorization compliance and visa procurement to employers from around the globe in a multitude of industries.
In her spare time, Jacque likes to spend time with her family exploring Nebraska’s state parks and recreation areas, as well as attend her daughter’s numerous sports and musical activities.
